2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team in Brea, CA. You will be a brand advocate for Samsung and drive merchandising excellence, conduct product training, and improve the shopper journey to boost sell-out across multiple retail channels.

The role requires travel within the market, occasional overnight stays, and a valid REAL ID for travel.

Competenze

• 4+ years' experience in multi-unit territory management and related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and reside within the territory.

Mansioni

• Brand Ambassador: foster a positive Samsung image through product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Schedule optimization: plan store visits across multiple locations for efficiency.
• Follow store visit guidelines and maintain professional interactions.
• Travel cluster routing to improve coverage and reduce travel time.
• Train retail sales staff on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Drive KPI achievement and sell-out through execution and improvement.
• Build relationships with retail store managers to align goals.
