2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks a Retail Field Sales Manager for a full-time role in Houston Northwest. You will advocate the Samsung brand, train staff, and drive sell-out by optimizing store visits and merchandising excellence.

The position requires 4+ years in multi-unit territory sales, willingness to travel domestically, and a strong focus on customer engagement. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations.
• Experience with retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocacy: represent Samsung and educate customers on products.
• Schedule: plan store visits to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Store Visit Guidelines: ensure compliance with store policies and professional interactions.
• Cluster Routing: optimize travel to cover multiple locations efficiently.
• Product Expertise: become a Samsung product expert and demonstrate features.
• Merchandising: maintain Samsung displays and brand standards across stores.
• Training Retail Sales Associates: train staff on products and ecosystem.
• KPI Achievement: drive sell-out through planning and execution.
• Relationship Building: maintain strong ties with store managers for collaboration.
• Field Execution: execute initiatives during daily store visits across channels.
