Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. You will advocate for Samsung, train staff, and visit stores to improve the shopper journey and drive sell-out across multiple channels.

The role requires 4+ years in multi-unit territory management, strong merchandising and product knowledge, and the ability to travel domestically. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, and 4+ years related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocacy: act as Samsung brand ambassador with professional conduct and product knowledge.
• Scheduling Effectiveness: maintain a structured schedule for store visits across locations.
• Store Visit Guidelines: follow protocols and maintain professionalism with retail partners.
• Cluster Routing for Travel: optimize travel routes to maximize coverage.
• Product Expertise: demonstrate features and benefits of Samsung mobile products.
• Merchandising and Brand Standards: ensure displays meet brand guidelines and visuals.
• Training Retail Sales Associates: conduct training sessions on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: meet KPIs and drive unit sell-out.
• Relationship Building: build relationships with store managers to align goals.
• Field Execution: execute field initiatives across multiple channels and priorities.
