Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to drive brand awareness, deliver product training, and enhance the shopper journey across assigned markets.

The role requires travel throughout the continental U.S., occasional overnight stays, and the ability to manage a structured field schedule while representing Samsung with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in multi-unit territory management and retail training.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to twice yearly for training or events.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy as a Samsung ambassador with product expertise.
• Develop and maintain structured store visit schedules for multiple locations.
• Follow store visit protocols and maintain professional interactions with retailers.
• Implement cluster routing to optimize travel and coverage.
• Train retail sales associates on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• Drive KPI achievement and sell-out through field initiatives and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers to align goals.
