You will be dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other, asking questions to understand customer needs and tailoring recommendations to enrich their lives.

You will stay informed about Apple products, services, and purchase options, support peers with knowledge, and help customers explore ownership opportunities while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Apple products and services
• Ability to personalize solutions and communicate them effectively

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
• Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
• Support store peers by sharing knowledge about Apple products and services, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform other tasks including customer service across the store.
