Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist who builds brand loyalty and creates owners of Apple products and services. You will deliver a customer service experience that is unlike any other, asking questions to learn about customer needs and customizing recommendations to enrich their lives.

You will stay informed about Apple products, services, purchase options, and Apple’s sales processes, and support peers by sharing knowledge to drive ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on store business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services is preferred.
• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers.
• Team environment with shared responsibility and accountability.
• Willingness to learn about Apple products and third‑party products.
