You will stay informed about Apple products, services, purchase options, and Apple’s sales processes, and support peers by sharing knowledge to drive ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on store business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services is preferred.
• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers.
• Team environment with shared responsibility and accountability.
• Willingness to learn about Apple products and third‑party products.
