Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products. You will sell and deliver a customer service experience like no other, asking questions to understand customer needs and tailoring recommendations accordingly.

You will stay informed about Apple products and services, educate customers on purchasing options, and support peers with knowledge across the store. You’ll contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple’s values daily.

• Support peers by sharing knowledge about products, services, and options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in all tasks.
• Perform other tasks including customer service in other areas of the store.
