Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

In this role, you will lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present. You bring retail experience with 6+ months in a management role, outstanding interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• Management experience (6+ months) or supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities
