Job summary

Warby Parker is looking for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create outstanding customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada. You will share Warby Parker's story on the sales floor and participate in process improvements and special projects.

You’ll lead on the floor when a manager isn’t present, open and close the store, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment while delivering product expertise and style guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with a customer-focused company
• 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer thoughtful style advice
• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present
