Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across its retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

As a front-line leader, you will drive on-floor selling, support store operations, and participate in special projects while mentoring teammates and sharing the Warby Parker story. You bring 6+ months of management experience and a customer-focused, adaptable, entrepreneurial attitude, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping
