Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create outstanding customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead on the sales floor, participate in process improvements, and contribute to special projects while embodying our values and mission. The role requires prior retail experience with a management element, excellent communication, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with customer focus.
• 6+ months in a management role or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.
