Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor who can create remarkable customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead on the sales floor, participate in process improvements, and help manage front-of-house duties when a manager isn’t present. Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in a supervisory role, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
