Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers in our Michigan stores. You will lead on the floor when a manager isn’t present, share Warby Parker’s story, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

You have 6+ months in a management role and strong communication skills to deliver outstanding service, with a mindset for entrepreneurship and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch service.
• Able to stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer thoughtful style advice.
• Dream up innovative ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience.
