Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences at our New York stores. You will lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and brief the team when a manager isn’t present, while sharing Warby Parker’s story and mission with every guest.

You have retail experience in a customer-focused environment and at least 6 months in a supervisory role, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• Minimum 6 months in a management/supervisory position.
• Ability to lead on the selling floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.
• Not on LEIE and committed to respectful, inclusive service.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor selling and drive store performance.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide thoughtful style advice.
• Share Warby Parker's story and mission with customers.
• Open and close the store and support door-to-door operations as needed.
• Coordinate team touch-bases and brief the team in the absence of a manager.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects.
