Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to craft nothing-short-of-amazing customer experiences in our Novi store. You’ll share the Warby Parker story, help drive improvements, and own select projects on the sales floor.

With 6+ months in a management role and strong interpersonal skills, you’ll lead the team on the floor, assist with open/close procedures, and promote an inclusive, high-energy environment that puts customers first.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• 6+ months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and service skills.
• Adaptable, upbeat, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Curious and eager to learn, self-motivated.

Responsibilities
