Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader at the HomeGoods Warrenton store to drive a highly-satisfied customer experience and coach Associates in frontline execution of register transactions.

This role requires flexibility to work across store areas, strong integrity with company policy, and a collaborative mindset to achieve team and individual results. You will promote customer loyalty, supervise cash handling, and ensure safety and merchandising standards while supporting

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Retail/supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly-Satisfied” customer experience
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies and procedures
• Provides recognition and feedback on cashier performance
• Maintains cash controls including change fund
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for frontline coverage
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Monitors frontline equipment and reports issues
• Upholds safety, labor and policy compliance
• Other duties as assigned
