Responsibilities

• Lead the frontline to deliver a highly-satisfied customer experience and promote loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline execution and policies.
• Maintain cash controls and supervise register operations.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure coverage.
• Uphold merchandising and loss-prevention standards across the frontline.
