The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate supervisor for our Warrenton, VA location.

You will lead frontline teams to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, train associates, and ensure smooth register operations while upholding policies and safety standards. You’ll promote customer loyalty through programs, address issues promptly, and coordinate coverage across frontline and sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.

Responsabilités

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly.
• Trains and mentors all Associates on Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains cash controls including change fund.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for coverage.
• Audits and approves paperwork.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards on the frontline.
