IGS Energy, a family-owned energy provider, seeks a Direct Sales Associate to represent Just Energy at a national retail partner in Beachwood, OH. You will deliver a consultative retail experience, acquire new customers, and advise on energy options.

You’ll earn a base wage with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match, plus ongoing training and clear advancement paths within the organization.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer retention is a plus.
• Willingness to work second shift, evenings, weekends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
