Qualifications

• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, efficient donor experience and accurate handling of donated goods.
• Load, unload, and stage donated goods and manage backroom operations.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain organized, clean work areas.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards and follow all operational procedures.
