Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Lewisburg, WV is seeking a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate to deliver a great donor experience while safely receiving and moving donated merchandise through backroom operations, including the DEC.

You will engage donors, support loading/unloading, and ensure daily workflow aligns with store priorities. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with flexible scheduling including evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver GREAT donor experience by greeting donors, providing receipts, and thanking donors.
• Assist donors with unloading, directions, or questions to ensure a safe, efficient donation experience.
• Support backroom operations by safely handling and moving donated merchandise.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas organized and hazard-free.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
