Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and assist staff across retail, production, and donation functions.
• Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of donated goods.
• Manage donation intake and movement to sales floor or storage.
• Assign cash drawers and oversee cashier balancing.
• Schedule breaks and ensure continuous department coverage.
• Track daily metrics and report discrepancies to management.
• Complete daily reports for retail, ADC, and production operations.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, donations, and conduct policies.
• Perform safety checks and train staff on safety procedures.
• Support promotions, displays, and communication of offers to customers.
• Uphold Goodwill policies and core values; participate in training and development.
