Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support daily store operations, drive profitability, and promote training and development for the team. Under Store Manager guidance, you will manage staff, ensure process compliance, and create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.

You will lead cash handling, pricing, donation processing, and floor coverage, coach colleagues, participate in interviewing and onboarding, and monitor safety.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors, delivering prompt service.
• Lead, train, and coach team members in daily operations.
• Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of merchandise to standards.
• Monitor donation processing and movement to floor or storage.
• Maintain clean, organized sales and donation areas.
• Manage cash drawers and cashier balancing per policy.
• Schedule breaks to ensure floor coverage.
• Track and report daily sales and production metrics.
• Complete daily operational reports and records.
• Enforce policies and escalate violations as needed.
• Coach and mentor staff to reach potential.
• Assist with interviews, onboarding, and recruitment support.
