Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC (Acosta Group) in Albuquerque and surrounding areas is hiring a Retail District Manager to lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers. The role emphasizes in-store leadership, project execution, and close collaboration with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence.

You will spend at least half your time in-store, drive coaching and performance, and ensure compliant, high-quality results across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• Some college with managerial/supervisory experience (2+ years) is expected.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service or reset experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your geographic area.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the business model, clients and customer expectations.
• Spend at least 50% of time working in-store to understand requirements.
• Manage projects to completion with on-time delivery and quality results.
• Assign work, monitor progress and ensure necessary materials and support are available.
• Optimize selling effectiveness and identify training needs and process improvements.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain safety and policy compliance.
• Communicate territory responsibilities to MEI admin and use MEI for reporting and feedback.
