Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic Retail District Manager to lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers across assigned stores. You will drive in-store results, coach field teams, and ensure excellence in execution and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, sales and retail operations experience, with a track record of hiring, training and developing staff while managing performance and budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Some college with management/supervisory experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management for Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your area.
• Understand and communicate the business model, client and customer expectations.
• Attend meetings, handle administrative tasks, recruit and coach staff, review HR documentation.
• Manage assigned work to completion with on-time, high-quality results.
• Assign work and ensure adequate support and resources for all jobs.
• Understand and optimize selling effectiveness in territories and balance store coverage.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Associate degree preferred

Some college with 2+ years management experience
