Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic Retail District Manager to lead and develop a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers. You will supervise in-store work across assigned areas, ensuring top-tier results for clients and customers.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and improving selling effectiveness while partnering with store teams. This full-time role requires strong leadership and a commitment to merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage a team across territories.
• Ability to interview, hire, onboard, and coach associates effectively.
• Experience in merchandising, retail operations or reset responsibilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your area.
• Develop understanding of the company, client, and work processes to meet expectations.
• Handle administrative tasks, meetings, HR documentation, and escalations.
• Manage assigned work to ensure on-time, high-quality results with accurate documentation.
• Assign work, monitor progress, audit outputs, and ensure necessary materials are available.
• Optimize selling effectiveness and balance store coverage with set work.
• Collaborate with store personnel and team to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accurate expense reporting.
• Communicate territory responsibilities clearly and use systems to track priorities.
• Meet the physical requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
