Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers in your territory.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach associates; manage performance and development.
• Oversee store coverage, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize in-store results.
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate reporting; address escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and sales goals.
• Attend meetings, handle administrative tasks, and manage HR documentation.
