Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Retail District Manager to lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers, overseeing in-store execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Coverage Merchandiser and Lead Merchandiser teams across assigned area
• Develop understanding of client and customer expectations
• In-store work at least 50% of time to stay closely aligned with requirements
• Manage projects, schedules, and documentation
• Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure resources/support
• Enhance selling effectiveness and in-store coverage
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate reporting
• Communicate territory priorities to MEI admin team
