Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC is hiring a Retail District Manager to supervise and develop a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers, ensuring superior in-store results across assigned stores.

You will recruit, train, coach, and manage performance, driving selling effectiveness and adherence to policy while coordinating with store teams to achieve merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Some college with prior management/supervisory experience with a minimum of 2+ years industry experience.
• Prior sales agent, retail, customer service or reset responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your geographic area.
• Develop understanding of the company’s business model, client and customer expectations, and work processes.
• Attend meetings, handle administrative tasks, recruit, hire, coach, review compliance reports, respond to emails, manage escalations, complete HR documentation.
