Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure customers receive product information and assist with selections.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain overall merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Operate the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges according to guidelines.
