Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product information.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and departmental organization.
• Provide channel guidance and training on the company philosophy of retail basics.
• Complete product specialist certifications.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions and refunds per guidelines.
• Demonstrate forklift (Industrial Truck) proficiency and safety procedures.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Stock, tag, and sign merchandise displays.
• Greet customers and facilitate a positive shopping experience.
