Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training & Merchandising Assistant for our Colorado Springs store. The role focuses on training Product Sales Specialists and delivering exceptional customer service while providing deep product knowledge.

You will guide specialists, manage certifications, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and store presentation to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful manner and assist with product questions.
• Direct and train Product Sales Specialists to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Process checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
