Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure a positive shopping experience through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

The role focuses on teaching the basic principles of retail, maintaining merchandising standards, and providing credit to customers at checkout. The position requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per policy.
• Stock and organize displays; ensure correct pricing and signage.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists and communicate SOPs to the team.
