Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Ohio seeks a Sales Training & Customer Experience Specialist to train Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service with accurate product information.

Responsibilities include directing product specialists, completing certification, managing merchandising, pricing, and showroom organization, and delivering engaging product demonstrations while upholding safety and store procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Act in alignment with company values and participate in safety practices
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high-quality customer service
• Complete product specialist certification courses and understand merchandise and installation
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and department organization are up to standard
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates in a timely manner
• Operate the POS system and handle check-out, refunds and exchanges
• Present product demonstrations and assist customers with questions and selections
• Stock, tag and price merchandise displays and create clear signage
