Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product information in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

You will guide customers, answer questions, and drive sales while maintaining accurate pricing and displays. You will complete product specialist certifications, support showroom merchandising, and uphold safety policies including forklift proficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Willingness to complete product specialist certification courses.
• Knowledge of merchandising and showroom standards.
• Competency with POS and pricing/promotions processes.
• Commitment to safety and following lifting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock, tag, and price merchandise displays.
• Provide product demonstrations and basic how-to classes.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
• Maintain department merchandising, pricing, and organization.
