Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience with visual and commercial presentation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities with the Department Manager.
• Ensure excellent customer service across the store and promote products.
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Complete all admin routines for people and operations correctly.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and influencers.
• Provide product knowledge to customers during interactions.
• Share knowledge with the store team and collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team.
• Give and receive feedback to support development.
• Communicate regularly to inform and motivate colleagues.
• Ensure procedures, routines, and legal requirements are followed.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized.
• Maintain high-quality fashion presentation and garment care.
• Maintain stock levels and provide allocation input.
• Oversee garment lifecycle and fitting room routines per standards.
• Follow best practices for OMNI services and in-store tech tools.
• Maintain price signs per guidelines for consistent pricing.
• Maintain BOH areas with key info and safety.
• Open and close the store daily.
