Job summary

H&M in the United States seeks a Department Supervisor to lead sales and profitability by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will align with store standards, policies, and omnichannel programs while guiding your team in daily operations and customer interactions.

As a developing store leader, you’ll focus on teamwork, visual merchandising, and achieving KPI targets, with responsibility for opening and closing the store and upholding operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience and ensure visual and commercial presentation per global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify store opportunities and collaborate with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service across all store areas and promote and sell products to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee fitting rooms and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain admin routines for people and operations in the store.
