Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a trainer for Product Sales Specialists to develop the team and ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of customer service or sales experience, and strong verbal and written communication. You will lead training, certify specialists, and uphold store safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act and work in a manner that is consistent with company’s core values.
• Demonstrate compliance with the safety procedures.
• Drive and teach the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Provide direction to all product sales specialists to ensure high-level customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Understand merchandise and installation.
• Manage merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates promptly.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
• Assist in processing merchandise to showroom floor and price placement.
