Floor & Decor is seeking a dedicated Training and Product Sales Specialist lead to develop staff and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. You will train product specialists, oversee certification, and maintain accurate merchandising and pricing across the department.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop Product Sales Specialists.

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high level of customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain department merchandising, pricing and organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and returns using the POS system.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
