Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated trainer for Product Sales Specialists in Surprise, AZ. The role focuses on developing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate product information and pricing.

The position emphasizes merchandising, store presentation, and effective communication of SOPs. Face-to-face customer interaction, POS operation, and basic forklift handling support are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience training or guiding others is a plus.
• Forklift proficiency/testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Sales Specialists to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate product specialist certifications and training.
• Manage department merchandising, pricing and organization.
• Communicate SOP and policy changes to staff in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Operate POS system and process transactions per guidelines.
• Stock, tag, and price merchandise displays.
• Greet customers and provide assistance; handle refunds/exchanges per policy.
• Create price tags/signs and communicate inventory needs to management.
