Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Training and Development Specialist for Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information.

You will lead training, certify product specialists, and reinforce the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail—People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing—while maintaining merchandising and checkout processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide product information.
• Lead and complete product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure department merchandising, pricing, and organization.
• Process sales at checkout using the POS system.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
