Floor & Decor is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists in our Massachusetts stores. You will deliver certification courses, model best practices in customer service, and coach teams to uphold the company's standards.

You will greet customers, answer product questions, process transactions, and maintain accurate merchandising. This role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of sales or customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
