Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
• Process check-out and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain department merchandising, pricing, and organization.
• Operate POS system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Provide training to product sales specialists.
• Ensure forklift certification/testing completed.
