Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Specialist in Newport Beach, CA.

You will train and develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure a positive shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and accurate product information. Key responsibilities include directing staff, maintaining merchandising standards, handling checkout and returns, and presenting product knowledge through short how-to classes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and product information.
• Direct and train product sales specialists.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Handle checkout, refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Present short how-to classes to customers.
