Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift 30–60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and answer product questions and selections.
• Certify product specialists through courses.
• Maintain department merchandising, pricing, and organization.
• Operate POS and process transactions.
• Stock displays and create price tags.
• Assist inventory needs and forklift certification compliance.
