Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Direct and assist product specialists to deliver strong customer service.
• Stock and merchandise displays and ensure accurate pricing.
• Provide product information and answer questions.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
