Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Department Manager to join the Store Management Team in Corpus Christi, TX. You will supervise store associates, support sales goals, coach staff, and lead training to uphold Cavender’s Culture and customer service standards.

You will act as Manager on Duty, ensure store conditions meet standards, and address customer concerns while driving profitability and efficiency. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive mission, vision, and values.

• Address customer complaints and handle returns and exchanges.
• Lead training of associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor department performance and assist in meeting sales, payroll, and customer experience goals.
