You will supervise team members, ensure cleanliness and presentation, and promote a safe store environment. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell product and manage a retail department.
• Ability to drive results, develop talent, and deliver strong customer service.
• Able to read and understand English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive mission, vision, and values.
• Perform tasks of Cashier, Sales Associate and Key Carrier.
• Lead training of store associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as directed.
• Address customer complaints and resolve returns.
• Manage department to meet sales goals and control expenses.
• Ensure store looks clean and well-presented and that associates look professional.
