Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Team Leader to supervise department associates and drive sales, service, and merchandising. You will direct staff, train, and coordinate schedules to ensure a smooth, customer-focused operation.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail sales and some supervisory experience, with strong interpersonal and product knowledge. Competitive starting pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales; Supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports the GSM/DM in achieving Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals.
• Provides daily direction to department associates.
• Prepares to-do / task lists.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams as set by Corporate.
• Ensures a pleasant, productive shopping experience for customers.
• Assists in staffing, interviewing, training, and performance input; prepares weekly schedules; coaches staff.
• Resolves customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR.
• Maintains high level of customer service and strives for top-tier results.
• Maintains product knowledge and conducts staff demos.
• Coordinates Special Events; pricing, inventory, and display accuracy.
• Fulfills supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Promotes customer buying decisions and programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
