Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service under the direction of the Department Manager.

You will ensure accurate inventory, execute merchandising directives, train staff, and maintain a positive, service‑oriented work environment while delivering a legendary customer experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail and a high school diploma; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Retail Sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Provide daily direction to department associates
